What's Pitch-Grid Handball?
Basics
Pitch-Grid Handball isn't Football. It's a completely different game. We do have the forward thrown pass.
The last player back can throw forward. A forward thrown ball can touch the field and still be advanced because the ball is always live. A ball carrier with teammates behind them can strike the ball by hand or foot in all directions along with throw the ball backward to pass.
The ball carrier must be moving forward even when passing it back. A ball carrier stepping backward is whistled stopped or if a defender has both palms in contact from a forward orientation.
Pitch-Grid Handball is safe and difficult. It's a serious challenge for every athlete and you won't get your bell rung. The complete description is above (click Rules).

It's a backyard game inspired by an ancient sport originally played on the Steppe tribes of Asia 4000 years ago. They called it Kaj.
